Have you heard of the net book? These lap top computers are the new trend in the laptop industry. Basically, they are a smaller version of the laptop, and yet they have all the capabilities and functions of a regular computer. They are extremely portable, and they are great for people who are on the road.

I really like going to the bookstore or coffee shop, and I often lug my big lap top with me. It is kind of a pain because I have a huge Toshiba laptop that is very reliable, but it is heavy and not very portable. I saw an ad for a netbook, and one day I decided to just splurge and get one. I did a lot of research online first because I only wanted to spend about 200 dollars at the most. I knew that a disadvantage of the netbook was that these lap top computers have very small keyboards. Furthermore, they have small screens, and if you use your lap top for more than a few hours at a time, you may end up squinting and hurting your eyes. So my objective was to get a low price lap top, a large screen compared with other netbooks, and a relatively large keyboard.

After reading several reviews on Amazon for HP net books as well as Toshiba, Samsung, and MSI, I decided to buy a MSI Wind netbok. These lap top computers are not well known in the United Stated because they are made in China, and they are relatively new in the computing industry. However, after reading all of the reviews from happy customers I decided to take the plunge and buy it. I can tell you that this was a great choice, because it is really light and yet it has a large screen and my fingers are not cramped when I type on it. I ended up paying a little more for this lap top, but it was really worth it. When I go to the library or to the coffee shop, many people are curious about the netbook because it is so small. They are carrying around their large laptops with them, and I can sympathize because I used to do the same thing. To get the best prices on your lap top computer, I would suggest that you check out either ebay or Amazon. You can definitely get a better deal on ebay, but it can be sometimes frustrating when you lose out on a bid. I remember when I was bidding on a lap top, and I was about to celebrate, but someone ended up bidding without about 3 seconds to go in the auction, and they won it at an incredible price.
